Ravana EX MCH help

I'm about to start farming Ravana, but something has been bothering me for both Bis and now Ravana, and that is Wildfire. I'll let this reddit post explain:

If there's a phase change you can't finish your Wildfire and it won't do full damage. If a boss jumps, you can't finish your Wildfire, if the boss goes immune (like in Neverreap) your Wildfire will simply do 0 damage.

I'm not even sure if during Swift Liberation Wildfire finishes in time and does any damage!

The other problem is Wildfire IS your entire rotation. Bards have a decent amount of sustained damage since they've become less reliant on cooldowns. A Machinist's sustained damage without cooldowns is by far the worst in the game. As a Machinist, you neeed to use every single cooldown and big attack you can to maximize Wildfire. Using Ravana as an example again, this becomes an issue because there's constant DPS checks. You either maximize your Wildfire damage and risk not hitting a DPS check later, or you do piss-poor damage in general as you spread out your cooldowns. If you need to pop Warlord shell quickly, you'll have nothing left to burst while Ravana is berserk. If you drop everything on Berserk, you'll have DPS issues later.
After each Wildfire, you flounder around in an attempt to keep your sustained damage up while you wait Reload and Quick Reload to come off cooldown.

Same thing, initial Wildfire during the first Liberation is great, but then afterwards my DPS goes down down down because everything is on this long CD it's EMBARRASSING! Add to that now I must save them all yet again past Beetle phase and use some for Dragonfly phase hoping it'll come back by the time he goes into Scorpion only for Swift Liberation to finish before Wildfire finishes!!
