Bought CE game cant Download it !

Hi . I bought the CE of Heavsward and i never got a way to DL' the game . What am I supposed too do now ??? any help would be nice and appreciated ! Thank You .

I lost my copy of the first game also that's why i got the CE so i could play but seems i spent money for nothing .

If you have an existing FFXIV Service Account, you don't need the disk. You just need to make sure you applied the game license - for your platform!

And to download the game (on PC) it's simple as searching for "FFXIV ARR client download" http://lmgtfy.com/?q=ffxiv+arr+client+download

And login, and the game client will download the updates. Regardless if you only have license for ARR or HW, the game client will get updated to current version 3.0.


On PS3/PS4, you need to go to your PSN Download List and download the game client, and login and it will go through the same process.

The only thing you must make sure that is valid is you're subscribing; this can be checked on Mogstation.
