Subscription status and Recruit a Friend

Does anyone know how to tell if the recruit a friend code you have sent someone has been used? The help entry on the subject says to check under "Subscription Status" however Mogstation does not seem to have such a thing, only "Service Account Status. Should I assume those are one and the same?

As far as I know there are two ways to know.

Firstly, you'll get an email that tells you an code has been used. However, while it sends you such email every time a friend code has been registered, it doesn't tell you which one has.
The second way can be found on the Mog Station under your account status. When a friend code has been registered, the message "One or more friends have been invited using this service account" will be shown next to "Account Type." However, as the message implies, it doesn't tell you which or how many have been registered; you'll have to count the received emails for that.

SE has said they would expand this, but so far we have to do with this little information.
