"Official" Black Mage Rotation?

The "rotation" is basicaly the same as 2.0, except that you replace fire1 spam with (F4 > F4 > F1) spam, you replace thunder with B4, and you use thunder as a filler during blizzard if you think that you'll have enough enochian time.

HOWEVER, you might have to cut one F4, or BOTH, and do a F1 sooner, if you had to interrupt casts in order to not let AF run out.
ALSO, you might have to cut your fire spell spam sooner if you got casts interrupted and got to refresh enochian with B4

Make sure that enochian has ended before you use your enochian skill otherwise you're gonna get the B4 dimishing returns (fucking stupid squeenix pls fix, or at least let us right click off enochian)
