I recommend saving Swiftcast for emergency Enochian maintenance. The number of times this has preserved my Enochian buff in movement heavy or disruptive mechanic raid settings has long passed my ability to count.

Well I just keep casting blizzardI, it is 100%mana efficient without the hassle of Enochian. Its only weakness are parsers.

Actually I'm not so sure about the latter, with this roation you could easily out-dps many of the DF BLM's I see...

Honestly it's up to you. X-Pots of INT are still pretty dang strong; Draconian Pots are a little stronger, but the cost of actually crafting them is REALLY insane compared to X-Pots, and the difference between the two in practice is marginal.

Personally I'm relatively well off in the game but I won't buy/use Drac Pots unless someone got them off a map and is selling them on the cheap. Not worth it to me. Maybe in savage, going for a clear instead of learning.
