Constant, Instant 90k disconnects upon logging in.

So as of 8pm, Australian time, i have been unable to log into my main character {Lyote Sharaia} on {Hyperion}.
I logged out in Idyllshire around 7pm to grab dinner, having had no connection issues all day.
Upon logging back in, i got slapped with a 90k. i figured fine, Ill just try again.
Logged all the way into the game world, hit sprint and got served another 90k.
Logged back in to find my TP bar permanently at 0, nothing responding. A few seconds later, 90k.

Assuming it was a PC/Router issue i tried the following;
-Physical reboot of Router.
-Software reboot of Router.
-dns flush.
-ip renew.
-PC reboot.
-PC logouts.
-Virus scans.
-boot time virus scans.

Anything that i thought could help was tried.
However, nothing changed. Lyote is still logging in with 0 TP, unresponsive everything and then getting a 90k around 10 - 15 seconds after logging in.

Finally, i have characters in most Data Centers, all of which are capable of logging in just fine and playing normally(albeit they're little level ones not even out of tutorial mode).
Additionally, i have an alt i made to see how the 1 - 50 goes on an Au Ra, who is 11, on Hyperion, who is also able to log in and play normally.

This issue is centered solely upon {Lyote Sharaia}, no other character of mine is affected.

Looking for ANY kind of help.

I am having the exact same issues on Atomos. I log in and instantly start getting the DC emblem next to name. Sometimes I can get one messaged typed to my FC and then its 90002 error and I am out of the game. I have been getting progressively worse disconnects. I have had the cable techs come out to check my lines, replaced my modems. But today its worse as it has ever been. I love FFXIV I love this expansion but I dont like paying for something that I cannot enjoy. Please get this fixed or let me know if its fixed.
