War DPS for instances

TLDR - What are good War dps numbers for dungeons.

Hi all, now I know no one uses parsers. everyone is just really good at math. With that in mind, what numbers should I be doing as a war. Been playing about 5 months now, so long enough to have some basic muscle memory there.

A friend told me I am hitting 250-350, depending on instance. I wanted to put that in perspective, get peoples thoughts/numbers. What are good dungeons numbers for a war? I am i lvl 170, 1 slaying piece (just picked up a second).

I want to spend a bit of time over the next couple of months making sure I am doing my part. Instances like Bis-Ex really ingrain that I need to max my dps out, particularly as war.

I think I am a bit sloppy in using the storms damage combo, and I could improve my beserk and internal release. I have started stance dancing a bit, so with a few fell cleaves in there I should hit higher numbers.
