Not sure if this has been brought up before, but I thought I'd put it out there. I think the auto-attack feature itself should have different modes, at least for some classes.

For example, Marauders used to be able to attack exclusively with the basic attack Broad Swing when they were fighting multiple mobs. Pugilists could fight exclusively with Light Strike which would raise their evasiveness. Now these attacks are on 30 second timers which prevent frequent use and limit the effective battle strategies these classes used to employ.

It would be nice if these basic attacks could be re-incorporated as options for how you would like your character to auto-attack rather than be made into separate abilities on a long timer. For example, a Marauder could configure their auto-attack to use Broad Swing for an AoE attack every time it triggers or switch over to a basic singular attack if the situation warrants.
