Ways to fix BRD and MCH in a realistic way

Which is that BRD can burst damage every minute at a cost of not running around the group like a 3 year old with ADHD?

I was referring to the fact WM is still a mechanic shoehorned into a job built around entirely different gameplay. I'll concede that the changes were made on very short notice and do commend the devs for implementing them.
