Commendation performance?

Personally, I think it would be better to rework the commendation system to maybe a rating system. You can rate all of your party members out of 5. That way if you notice someone was particularly bad, you could give them 0-1 starts. Or maybe they were just OK, give em 3. Maybe they blew you out of the water, give em 5. Then instead of a count of commendations, you receive an average rating.

As to Fendred's point, if everyone in your party did a good job, you could give all of them 4+ instead of having to choose randomly.

Which will end up just like our current system, where a lot of people don't even do it. Adding in that it would take selections for -each- player? Yea, people are too focused or lazy to take that time.
