Most comms go to tanks or good dps who can make the run smooth but healer basically gets the comms if everyone else fails and the heal saves the day. It's defo one of the most unthankful jobs in any mmo since you also get blamed and raged at sometimes. Take it with a pinch of {Salted Earth} or you could try flirting with the tank... :'D Either way it's probably nothing personal.
As a healer, I usually get at least 1 comm a run. But then again, I socialize and try to help the group outside of healing, so that's probably not hurting either.
