Commendation performance?

If there's a new person in the group, and they say they're new right at the start, they get my commendation.. Because saying you're new in DF is about as commendable as can be considering the chances of them being kicked are considerable.

If there's no one new (or more than 1 new person), I'll look at how they generally behave (especially) and perform (somewhat). I've also given comms to people who may not have been optimal, but because the other 2 or just rude. Trying to force people to skip cutscenes immediately removes you from my commendation list, no matter how badass you end up being

Well thankfully healers can be generous carebears. It's what we do when we're healing.

And it works out well because we easily get comms provided we don't do something insane that wipes the group.
