Can't log in to Leviathan server

I can play any other server, just I get an infinite load screen there.

I tried email support, but got a copy/paste response.

Any ideas how I can actually play the game again?

did you perhaps log out in Idyllshire? Sounds almost like what I'm getting, where i get 90k every time i log into my main character, whereas any other character, even ones on the same server can log in just fine.

I was on the Over the Wall quest. After Speak with the chocobokeep in Foundation and journey to Falcon's Nest. When it tried to load cut scene/world it just stayed a black screen with the chat box. Now every time I load that char up, it won't load even after 20 minutes.

Char select screen says I'm in Coerthas Central Highlands

I'm not getting an error. Oh I'm used to errors from when this game first launched. I made another char on Leviathan, I'm sure I could log in but I don't feel like it.


I unplugged my modem overnight and when I logged in this morning it worked. Now the game was updated as well so I can't be sure it was the modem that fixed it.
