Yup, this really makes your post look good. In all seriousness though. Anima makes it much easier for the casual player. Even with chocobos it will still take time to get to point B. For example, in ffxi it would take 20 minutes to get to sky before sky port was introduced and that time included a teleport and a chocobo.
