It appears that the chest piece token only drops from floor 4 so you can only get one a week anyway

If that wiki article is right, you can't do that due to how the tokens are distributed. To get Chest, Legs, and Hands, you need 10 tokens from the last two turns, or 5 weeks minimum.

Edit: Heck, even if the wiki is wrong, it's 19 tokens if you want to buy everything. That's 5 weeks of tokens.

It's not working. Token are not always the same. For example, you cna have 0 chest piece token on turn 4.

Two drops from the first three and 3 drops from the last one. And you get one item per turn every week. So its 4 weeks until you get all the gear.
