Yoshi-p said that the develops did not want to make add 3 new Jobs at once again due to the large amount of work that goes into developing just one new Job so most likely SE plans to only release 1 or 2 new Jobs per expansion from now.

At best they may add 1 new Job for X.X era and 1 or 2 new Job for X.0 era.
actually yoshi said they wont be adding anymore in between expansions . ninja was a 1 off thing every other job/class will be more or less added in expansions
