Aetherflow: Possible bug, or maybe this was fixed

I remember before Heavensward, I would Atherflow and summon my egi before entering the queue for dungeons.

I didn't change my routine, but now when I join a dungeon, my Aetherflow is gone. Egi is out, but Aetherflow is no longer on my buff bar.

Is this how it was intended to work, or is this a bug?

Is it only happening in Lvl synch dungeons? Because any time I'm level synched as a Summoner or Scholar my Aetherflow stacks are reset and I have to use it again. (As long as the Egi's level reque is met it'll stay out though, and eos just stays out in general)

Other wise I don't know. I don't think iLvl sync negates it unless there's a lvl 51-60 trait that allows a 4th stack. (I've neglected my alt classes since 3.0 so I don't know)

It's because of the level sync. Even the new Heavensward dungeons only have a range of 2 levels and after that you get synched down. If you go into a "level appropriate" dungeon it will stay.

Once you hit 60, yes those plus the Library. Otherwise only if you are in the 2 level range the dungeon is looking for: 57/58 for Vault, 55/56 for Aery, 53/54 for Sohm Al, 51/52 for Dusk Vigil.
