    BRD -- Flaming Arrow affected by buffs?

    I seem to recall, in 2.0, flaming arrow was never affected by buffs other than Hawkeye. Am i mistaken? Did this change sometime in 2.0 or am i just remembering incorrectly?

    Edit: Minuet, B4B, Raging strikes and Hawkeye all increase flaming arrow's tick damage now, if they didn't already before. It's essentially a 30 second poison arrow now.
