I'm pretty sure we're yet to see any actual in-universe lore-based photography/camera - the closest I've seen is what appears to be lithographic plates of past Colosseum winners on the walls of the GLA's Guild, but that's clearly not photography per se but just an extension of printing (the printing press definitely exists in Eorzea though, given all those mass produced fliers posted everywhere).

Granted FFXI eventually had in-universe cameras/photography of a sort (called 'soul trappers') which served a gameplay function - as part of the 'ZNM' battle system), so it's possible something similar may eventually find it's way into Eorzea (more Garlean technology implemented via the Ironworks?).
