Thanks for raising your concerns!
As you can see in the patch notes, as well as in game, you can queue solo into Alexander Normal, just like the 24 man raids, which speaks to the difficulty of the raid itself, which is why it will not be tracked.
Even Extreme Primals require a full premade party to enter on release - not Alexander Normal.
Pretty much all other servers don't track Normal mode as well.
As for Primals, content that can be completed on Party Finder Day 1 and cleared is not really real progression content. Extreme Primals are fights that can be completed in one lockout, even for fresh groups.
Most servers don't really track it for that reason - a few do, but most don't.
As for the screenshot, the GMT/Server time rule is in place to correctly discern which kill happened for any kills that happen close to each other (which will happen during progression).
