I been doing low level roulette every single day these days, I gotten tam-tara once since expansion, and it was a in progress one.
Most common is probably cutters cry for me, but even that is less than half of the roulettes - I tend to get sent in new dungeons.

Typically when I get sent into non-new dungeons, you could see someone is trying to level in there.
