Cannot connect to Data Center on DirectX11 Version

I have tried numerous times to launch the game in DirectX11 (which worked perfectly on the benchmark and my specs indicate that my pc can handle it) and each time I get stuck at the 'Connecting to Data Center' screen, just to get Error 2002. I boot it up in DirectX9 and bam, I am in instantly, can log on and play the game. My graphics drivers are up to date, so I honestly don't know what to do at this point.
