Certain attacks in Ravana (Extreme) do not inflict their appropriate debuff.

    Frequency: Every time
    Monster name: Ravana
    Class/Level: 60
    Party or solo: Full party
    Area and coordinates: Thok-ast-Thok (Extreme)
    Steps:
    1. Take 0 damage from certain attacks that should inflict "Physical Vulnerability Up" in the Ravana (Extreme) fight.
    2. You won't receive debuff when you should.

There are certain attacks in Ravana Extreme that inflict a debuff when hit, and those attacks play a part in the mechanics of the fight. By taking 0 damage (through means of extreme preparation, and therefore would imply not being the original intention of the dev team), the debuff that plays a role in this mechanic never comes into a play, and therefore players are able to skip the mechanic entirely, nullifying Ravana's ability.

It is working as intended, every damaging ability in this game that inflicts a debuff, if 100% mitigated (0 damage), doesn't inflict its debuff. The prey mechanic in T10 was even built around that fact. It's a rule in the game (with some very rare exceptions like Ravensbeak in T9 which will always inflict the tank its blight debuff). It's the same with Ravana's parry/counter mechanic, if you have a strong enough barrier effect on you when you hit from the wrong side, you will not be knocked back and you will not receive the slow debuff. It's not a bug. It has always been like that in FFXIV since 2.0. Plus I think that it's completely normal, as if you take no damage from an attack, it should not affect you in any secondary way, because it litterally has done nothing to you.
