PLD looking for Alex Savage Static, info inside

Tank looking for Midas Savage static. Able to flex all tank jobs.

Paladin main since 2.0, cleared A5S-A7S. Progression: A8S 2nd Phase

Cleared T5 (i90 era, 02/16/2014) 5 weeks before 2.2 hit. Came back at 2.4 1 week before Echo was added to T6-9.
Cleared T13 (i130 era, 03/15/2015) 1 month before Echo was added.
Cleared A4S (i210 era, 27/12/2015), 8 weeks worth of clearing.

For my DPS, I got Top 8 PLD Worldwide for Gordias Savage in FFlogs dated 3.1 patch. Looking to better my record in Midas Savage.

I am able to log in usually 7pm GMT+7 daily, needing to end at 11pm GMT+7 or so. Able to use any VoIP and talk through mic. Currently ilvl 239 for DRK and i237 PLD. ilvl 240 for WAR.

Expectations to meet for both ends (me and your team):
1. Optimization on DPS and strategy (both personal's and group's)
2. Able to accept good criticisms (both mechanics and DPS) with supported data/video, not just mere opinions.
3. Good mechanic executions
4. Punctuality (if late/can't attend, to tell in advance via other applications like WA or whatever)
5. Vocal in VoIP

Do I have to control my DPS in Alex savage? Cos I was told to do so in T13.

@KyotoKisses, in T13, it was only on phase 2 that you need to "stop" dps so that you can kill the mobs before doing the p3 divebombs, starting at 52%~~(Some people could actually deal with the 3rd mob while doing divebombs before the nerf kicked in, so you need to know the group before doing so. And when it was first in DF, pushing the phase means that you didn't have to deal with the additional adds, which made it much easier).

In Alex Savage, you will have to adjust I assume, but not as huge as T13 previously.

Ahh I understand that part. But I was specifically told to control dps on the pain phase cos the tank can't hold aggro against our dps.

That is the sign of new tanks doing the pull. Back then, after 1st divebomb, MT(PLD normally) takes both pain and blood. If done correctly, you won't ever need to worry about aggro. i.e. saving FoF and Circle of Scorn, flash x1~2 and do Halone combo split on both.
