In-game sound options not working as intended.

Party or Solo: Solo

In-Game Time: 12pm GMT +1

Steps:

I had a friend targeted in-game and became unable to hear myself when using an emote. Same friend targeted me and I was able to hear him even with party/other PCs muted 100%.

Steps to replicate:

Go into sound options and mute Party/Others PCs all the way down to 0. Try out an emote without targeting someone - you will be able to hear your character. Then try targeting someone and you will be unable to hear your character. Then have this same person do the same on you. You will be able to hear them when they have targeted your character and they will become unable to hear themselves until they stop targeting someone.

• Target someone : can't hear myself
• No target set : can hear myself fine
• Friend targeting me : can hear them
• Friend not targeting me : can't hear them

[Other PCs] volume set to 25 // [Self] volume set to 100:

• Target someone : [Self] sound is lowered to [Other PCs] level (25)
• No target : can hear myself at 100 volume

Also we're both using the English client, happens with DX11/9 clients.
