RAF rewards still not sent.

I have a friend who started the game and applied the RAF(Recruit A Friend) code I sent him via Mogstation. He has gotten his full list of items after subscribing 90days to the game. I have gotten only a tiny fraction of the said reward. Only the Friendship Circlet and The Aetheryte Pendulum have arrived in my mail. None of the rewards for 30-90, No golden feathers, Not the improper Greeting, Not the promised 2seater mount. I have been in a week-long struggle with the "Support" system, if you'd call it that after that shameful experience. It consisted of a spam of automated "This is not my department" emails every time i requested (I didn't matter what area you put the ticket under.. THERE IS NO RAF DEPARTMENT). Now that i'm upset, embarrassed, ashamed, I'm here to try the forums as well. If any players have any form of answer as to why everybody got these rewards but me, please assist me. But i see people with the mount and my friend has the emote? Why did i not get any of those rewards?
