List of Usefull Fish

This seems like a good thread to ask rather than make a new one: what's the equivalent of ephemeral nodes for fishing? Ephemeral nodes make getting Fire, Earth, Lightning and Wind crystals hilariously easy and I assume fishing has something for Ice and Water, but I haven't started to level it for HW yet.

I've only caught 8/8 HQ Pteranodon for Reduction but they yield usually ~40-50 Ice Crystals and ~40-50 Ice Clusters unless you get aethersand from it instead
