Latency issues

Since the last maintenance, i have been having some lag issues. Other players seem to stop and go (lag Spikes) and Some of my skills seem to not trigger when I key them. Any one have any ideas as to help this issue? It wasn't a problem 2 weeks ago. Now its driving me crazy. My latency seems to be in the 80s which is rare for me. I DL'ed third party programs to try and help resolve but to no avail so far. Anything to help at this point would be greatly appreciated.

I'm in pretty much the same boat. I'm on PS3 here and I was using wireless to play but this stutter lag finally forced me to hardwire it and it helped somewhat; I still get stutter really bad when in dungeons or a lot people are in the same area as me.

This didn't start until late last Tuesday, I've never had any problems before this and I've done everything I can think of on my end.
