Not Gaining EXP

Hi All,

I hope this isn't a stupid question (I'm still learning this massive game) but I truly can't figure it out and SE customer service is useless. My SMN is 50 and is almost to 51 but suddenly my exp count is red with a red circle and slash by it and is frozen at a number. I am gaining no exp from anything. When I switch to another class, it is back to normal but SMN is locked. Please help!

I am not sure since I can't find the answer, but it could be the following:

* You can't go past level 50 until you gain access to Ishgard
* You don't own the expansion pack

This is false. you can gain exp with out access to Ishgard. but you have to have HW installed. on my PS4 without HW I get the red exp lock.


Seems like your client (PC MAC PS4 PS3) some how can't see HW anymore. check your mog station to see if you have license.

May have only registered the Pre-Order Early Access code. That has now expired---need to apply the actual registration code now.
