heheh x3 I could see that happening. I've also had to survive the end of a fight with nothing but my Immortality of Bloodbath + Second Wind to carry me through. Last boss of Vault had an entire full-party wipe and barely pulled it out alone xD
my favorite bosses are ones that don't deal damage and are mechanic-dodging though. It's my favorite thing to take forever doing the fight by doing the dance perfectly =3 Then I can tease the party as being the sole survivor. <3 (This is especially amusing if it's on a tank like Warrior, such as first boss of Vault <3)
Sarcasm doesnt translate well in text.
Everyone knows this. :I
If you had told them a legitimate critique, they would probably understand.
Snarky, snide jokes-however- normally is considered rude to strangers.
It's like calling a skinny girl on the beach fat while passing by.
Youre bound to get smacked or a face full of smoothy eventually :I
It just depends on who is wielding what.
Also- try to remember the fact that the game has only officially been out a week and a half (lol not everyone had early access). People are still relearning their rotations and learning the best way to use their new skills. Moreover- not everyone puts in 5-10 hours a day to figure it out, just for the sake of being ready for alexander next (this?) week.
It just depends on who is wielding what.

Hey guys, i said something to the mch/brd that sounds like i am being an ass, they left, so why are they so sensitive?
I think you answered your own question, so maybe stop with the negative comments towards them?

Keep in mind that bards are highly sought after party members when it comes to raiding. Hell, back in 2.0 when Binding Coil was the only actual endgame we had, people would pick mostly Bards because of how useful they were. Can you imagine how you would feel if a job as useful as that got hit with terrible bugs and nerfs? Not many people would grab you in that case. So not only is the insult in poor taste, but it's also a rather nasty hit to the ego as well.
If I die, forgive me. I used to be a Dragoon.

For the very reason that my main job is made fun of, and me personally even though I do well and the people are just teasing me (Friends and FC members basically, havent had any random do it, ever). That's why I'm not gonna tease someone else for playing a job that's currently not optimal. They're still playing it because they like the job, and are sticking it out till SE puts in some changes. If anything I can respect that, because depending on how bad things are right now (I don't have a Bard or Machinist at 60, so don't know the specifics) I can't blame someone for temporarily dropping the job.
As I said, playing Dragoon I have to deal with the "tank the floor" jokes all the time. Quite frankly I am getting a bit tired of it by now even though I know they're just joking and don't really mean it. But that's exactly why I'm not going to tease someone else for playing a certain job.

Can people please stop using the "Support DPS" Garbage. Show me anywhere in the game that says BRD/MCH is support DPS. Show me queuing for a duty and the open spots are Tank, Dps, Heals, and Support DPS. Lets start classifying other jobs incorrectly too. From now own we have tanking Healers and DPS Tanks. GTFOH. It's DPS. If you really thought they were support DPS, you wouldn't be quick to kick them for not meeting DPS checks, cause by our logic, no one else is meeting support checks.
Bards and machinists are not in a good position right now until they get fixed but even if they were not there is still no reason for you to make such bad jokes at other peoples expense. Your bad joke and the humor you gain from it is directly related to making others feel bad about their class, no wonder people you insult in such a way decide to not stick around for more of it during the run.
