Careful Synthesis II on Leatherworker Broken

Retracted.

The difference in Lv. 50 to 51 was the aspect I overlooked and really does make Careful Synthesis II do 1.3x more Progress. However, I was still disappointed to see my ARM, (with 406 Craftsmanship), only do 15 less Progress on the same level as my LTW, (now 51 with 457 craftsmanship).

Did you by chance test it against something like Basic Synthesis (100%) to see if the value was in fact 120% of the expected 100% Value?

Careful synthesis at 50 vs 51 crazy different....something that gives u 138 progress at 50 will give you 350+ at 51
