The support system is just plain bad. It's too extreme. One time in Mor Dhona a player was doing a laugh emote at someone else, but flooding it to the point my chat was just that. The other player was saying stop and trying to run away, and the guy was chasing him around just doing the laugh emote over and over and over. So much that when people would say something, it would disappear instantly because he was flooding. So I thought screw this and I filed a complaint with the support system. Next thing I know I'm getting pulled out of Garuda HM to a GM asking for more info about who was harassing me (when I said it wasn't me and explained in my notes). Then after that I got a thing saying support ticket updated, you'd go in and it would say about they are looking into it. Problem was for a MONTH after that, I'd get that notification EVERY 15 minutes saying my support ticket was answered but would be the same message. Dismissing it would do nothing so finally had to call SE to complain. Last time I ever report someone again. The "Your support desk ticket has just been updated" message would be huge and go across your screen, so mid battle it would constantly appear blocking what you're trying to do.
