This just shows that the fairy heal is not scaling from lvl 50 onwards.
While you do notice the Fairy's embraces growing stronger as the SCH levels pre-50, that's just the stat growth overcoming the negative level correlation.

When you take two different level but equal MND / Det / MD SCHs, the lower level SCH will have stronger spells and Embrace, meaning that the SCH and Fairy gets weaker as you leveled pre-50.

This trend changed for the SCH (and probably every class) post-50, probably as part of S-E's balancing for Heavensward release. In post-50, despite having a lower stat growth, if you compare two different level but equal MND / DET / MD SCHs, the higher level SCH would have the more potent spells.

It feels like what S-E did was change the formula for the Scholar, but forgot to do something similar for the Fairy. Whether this is intended or not, well, that leads too...

The one thats been submitted is unspecific and may even have been accepted to address the lustrate/indom scaling for all we know. The wording is vague, and it sounds like they said they summoned the fairy and THEN changed gear and it didn't scale - which is the snapshotting in effect.

Right now, the fairy has apparently ceased to scale with gear. It should also be noted that in my case the fairy heals got weaker going from 50 to 51+ (I recall seeing 1k+ at 50 in i100-110 gear, and now see around 950 since level 54 when I first noticed the drop)

I'd suggest taking this data and including a link to it in the report.
I intend to post a report this weekend. Just don't have the real time to put it together at this juncture but should come Friday night / weekend.
