    My 54 BTN has ~400 gathering and I need around 460 for Dravania Forelands +X% gathering bonus, if i'm remembering right. 80-85% chance for an item my level, I think -- would be nice to get that bonus.

    But by the time you meet that requirement, you don't need the bonus anymore.
