Gathering Rate node bonus

It could be as simple as random requirement for random bonus.

The requirement has always been the same though x.X For example, let's say my gathering rate is 84%. The bonus is +25% and requires 60 more gathering than what I have. By the time I have that 60 extra, welp, my gathering rate will be 100%. Does 125% do anything for me? No.

The bonuses do make sense. I've had just above the gathering needed for these bonuses at each tier of node in HW, and at that time I was usually ~90% gathering chance, sometimes as low as 85% for the higher level items from the nodes and even 77% for the treasure maps. So, there IS a purpose, it's just...usually the +25% chance bonus is a wee bit overkill.

Example: Cloud Mica... Level 58 item... I have level 60 Miner with Gathering 556.
It shows up as 95%.
On some nodes I get a bonus for having gathering over 498. Putting me at 100%.

Does the bonus do anything for me? Certainly!

Ah, so I was missing something. I assumed it would be 100% by the time you met the requirements. That's all I was looking for, thanks. :P
