Locked out of Chocobo Quest, "My Fiesty Little Chocobo" Lv 30

I cannot access the quest, "My Fiesty Little Chocobo". I have met the requirements (lvl 30 and completed the quest, "My Little Chocobo" but the lvl 30 quest (NPC Name: Docette "My Fiesty Little Chocobo" is still locked. Under requirments there is no description to reveal why I cannot begin the quest. I have obtained a Legacy chocobo as a Legacy player but I do not have a Company Chocobo under my "Mount Guide" section. I do not have a Grand Company Chocobo whistle or any whistles in my inventory, retainers or elsewhere.

Could be a glitch that requires a GC choco? May be a long shot... but check with the Calamity Salvager to see if he has a whistle so you can add the GC mount.

Have you tried to buy a GC Chocobo whistle from your Grand Company, it's pretty cheap in terms of seals, only like 2000 from what I remember. It could be that it requires the Grand Company chocobo and can't use any other type (draught, legacy, etc.)
