I have also been having the same problem connecting with the leviathan server, I got DCed from a instance and haven't been able to get back on, and each time it tried it stay I get disconnected from the server.

if you look at the connection rating on your character select screen it probably reads poor connection.

Happened on Brynhildr to me and my girlfriend. We thought it was someone who went AFK after he joined back several times from kicking him and decided to play a trick on us. We never know with immature children nowadays who Google hacks. Anyway, happy to hear it isn't just me but unhappy in the fact it's saturday and we can't play for now on our main.
