Yeah, same thing on Levi. Keeps saying 300+ people are in the queue, then I suddenly get kicked after the loading screen.

I have also been having the same problem connecting with the leviathan server, I got DCed from a instance and haven't been able to get back on, and each time it tried it stay I get disconnected from the server.

if you look at the connection rating on your character select screen it probably reads poor connection.
