I would warn the the person making the threats to stop or they would get vote kicked themselves even if they are a tank or healer. It's simple enough to ask an FC friend to pop themselves into a join in progress party to replace them if needs be if they don't fix their attitude problem. The new content does not actually have much in the way of cutscene's during the content so there is very little, if any reason to force people to skip them.
