I have failed 4 times.

Yes, I kill the healers first, then the machines. Doesn't matter. The named NPC that has to survive dies every. single. time.

I've even sat there chain healing him while my pet was attacking stuff - didn't expect that to work, but figured WTF, try it. No shock, failed again.

No echo.

Anything to do here, or just - that's it, progression blocked, thanks for the money?

And never mind - did the exact same as every time before but the RNG gods smiled on me this time. Won through total luck (& nothing identifiably different). It gives me such a warm feeling of efficacy - not. sigh
