I for one am pretty excited to be able to wear things that were exclusive to other jobs/roles before. I guess if I had to pick a complaint it'd be that the level 50(?) Monk set just looks... odd. Otherwise, their level 56 set (Used to be DRG-exclusive from Hullbreaker etc.) looks absolutely stunning on them. It's a nice little thing. Some like it, some don't. But that's how it always goes, can't please everyone.
Lol me to!.^This.
And why would SE work so hard on armor that you're going to replace? They didn't do it for 1-49 (excluding vanity gear). They made very nice armor for the dungeons (which they've done before), but they do last you a bit longer than crafted gear.
I do like that they used some armor sets that were originally only available to one class, and dyeable! Definitely confused me at first though when all these healers were wearing Bard tops, lol.
"Wow! There sure are a lot of Bards hanging around Ishgard toda--Did that Bard just use Scared Soil?!"
+White girl levels of cannot even
+A few quests later, after receiving said top.
"Ohohoho~ Look at me! I am Fancypants the Mint Green and White Mage."
I should probably consider lowering my caffeine intake...
Sure, except I'm not happy because bards/machinist don't get arachne shirt, while ninjas and monks got our kirimu coat >_>
