How to Decentralize Ul'dah

I prefer hanging around in Limsa, it's nice to look at, the music is good, it's full of pirates, it's nearly always sunny, and it just has a much more pleasant atmosphere to it, and it's full of pirates.

I think once airships are put in, , we may see the population branch out a little more from Ul'dah. Not a great deal, but a little bit at least.
