I would never use a world chat.
I can only imagine how fast that thing would be scrolling
and pretty much all the useless information constantly moving.
no thanks.

you'd still have lazy people with world chat.
either way you go, there is always going to be
the people who don't really care where they are.

And I was referring your response to market wards not world chat.

just have the option to teleport to the other wards from within the ward you're in.
and implement the XI LFP and /sea system.

Problem solved.
