Depends on fight I guess, on something like bismarck EX, go full str to help with dps checks. For something like T13 where there is a giant tank crunch and you're mt'ing go VIT, just buy a butt load of those resets at GC company for 250 seals each and switch between STR and VIT as you please as you go into raids lol.
