Question Regarding Veteran Status

When you pay/load time is when you get the days to count towards veteran status, so if you have a subscription for 180 days at the point of paying in bulk you would get all 180 days in credit at once (so you can get time all at once through subs too ).

As for getting the items try logging in and out, sometimes that's all it takes (like my additional retainer required me to login and out, not sure if that is still the case though). Also you can only have twenty campaign letters at once so you may need to delete some mail (after taking the items out). Although I'm not sure how'd you get 20 campaign letters without having a few veteran rewards in there :P.

If it has been a day and a login and out hasn't fixed the mog mail then you may want to start a support ticket.
