Static looking for an excellent PLD or DPS

Hey there,

As the title states, our static is looking for an excellent PLD or DPS. We can make any of the melee jobs or SMN work for our party. We definitely prefer PC players and communication is mandatory. We use Google Hangouts outside of the game to talk and coordinate things as well.

Most importantly we are looking for the right individual for the group. Our static is looking to push Alexander hard with the time we have scheduled. We want someone who is as driven and prepared to raid as we are. We expect candidates to constantly be trying to better themselves and use ACT. Of course, we also place a high value on survivability. We expect DPS to optimize their rotations, but not at the expense of the raid. PLDs ought to be on top of their CDs and try to assist the raid in whatever way possible.

Our schedule is M/T/TH 8:30-12 EST. We have late Wednesdays as a possible sub day and we will also be picking up some Sundays if we feel like we need them to push.
