    launcher problem ps4 (2 boxes yes no and ok options uncklicable

    Hello, after updating my service account to 3.03 in ffxiv in 7/1/2015
    i kept searching for a solution's in the forums. i had a different problem before. it stays on launcher screen and shows me choices (yes) (no) (OK) in two boxes that i cant click any off it. after deleting the game(40 GB) and download it again now it tells me unable to version check. i close the game for 5 hours and check it after it give me the boxes again after i keep trying it gets me back to version check so i decided in the end that ill delete everything on my ps4 ( 290 GB) and restore everything to original, but even after that it still gives me two boxes with uncklicable choises please assist

    Sorry i want to add something. the last night before i had this script error i entered to my other character in ifrit server and delete it because i didn't need it anymore and my original character is in Ragnarok, so i actually changed world but at that time nothing happened everything was OK after 6 hours the problem started

    I'm having the exact same problem for almost a week now
    I've tried everything..re-installed it for a million times
    Also i formatted my ps4
    And still.. I.can't play or get rid of this annoying screen
    I'm so mad i bought HW collector edition for 88$ and I'm losing my days of subscription AND I CAN'T FIX IT
    I'm getting No response for my tickets too
    Plz help me if u find out how to fix it and remove this screen

    It was the last thing to do after getting no help at all with the support Center
    And it was the problem
    Thank god i thought of it
    I opend a ffxiv ports in my router
    Here this link and choose your router and do it step by step
