Strenght does not increase block and parry

Hi, i think the strength stat is buged because it doesn't increase the block strength, or the parry strength ( i'm not talking about having more luck to parry or block.)

Statistics :

lvl 60:
str 685 : block 28% parry 20%
str 828 (+143 ) : block 28% parry 20%

lvl 50:
str 476 : parry 20%
str 579 : parry 20%
str 393 : parry 20%

Skilspeed and spellspeed now affect damage over time and healing over time effects.
The effect of determination on auto-attacks has been reduced.
