so I waited till Monday still not able to play the game I spent $140s on and this time I talked to a very nice lady that said that they did not have any codes which got me angry because how do you not have codes set aside for something like this, I asked if I could just buy a copy of the game and then just get reimbursed for it but got told you couldn't do that then I asked to talk to someone higher up and got told I couldn't do that either all she said is that I could send my copy in and get sent another copy.. I work for a company where I am not home everyday so I don't really have the time to send in the game today is my first day off and I am about to send it in but for the past week I have not been able to play a game that I paid $140s for to a game company I have been very loyal to for almost two years now. and I am very upset with the way you guys have handled this situation
