    Dear Square Enix...

    Hi Square Enix, I had bought a physical collectors edition of the heavensward collectors edition for the ps4 when I received it via UPS I opened the game case and he sheet of paper had no code on it so I called you Friday June 26th. after waiting 4 hours I finally got ahold of you guys the gentleman who took care of me said the people who would take care of something like this were in a conference and said to take down my information and that they would email me to get me a code. Saturday came and no email so I called not knowing that the support center is not open on the weekends. Continued...

    so I waited till Monday still not able to play the game I spent $140s on and this time I talked to a very nice lady that said that they did not have any codes which got me angry because how do you not have codes set aside for something like this, I asked if I could just buy a copy of the game and then just get reimbursed for it but got told you couldn't do that then I asked to talk to someone higher up and got told I couldn't do that either all she said is that I could send my copy in and get sent another copy.. I work for a company where I am not home everyday so I don't really have the time to send in the game today is my first day off and I am about to send it in but for the past week I have not been able to play a game that I paid $140s for to a game company I have been very loyal to for almost two years now. and I am very upset with the way you guys have handled this situation
